These terms cover use of the i don't type Mac beta and website. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use i don't type.

Beta software

i don't type is early software. Features, model options, pricing, and availability may change. Dictation quality depends on your microphone, Mac, selected model, accent, language, background noise, and macOS permissions.

License

i don't type grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the app except where the law allows.

Your responsibility

Privacy

i don't type is designed around local processing and local history. The privacy details are described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Lifetime purchases are handled by Stripe. Checkout, taxes, refunds, receipts, fraud checks, and payment records may be handled by Stripe. A lifetime license means the advertised Mac app access for that founding offer, not a guarantee that every future product, platform, hosted service, or unrelated product will be free forever.

Skool member access

Skool member access is offered as a membership perk. If your Skool membership ends, future member-only benefits may no longer be available, but separate lifetime purchases remain governed by the purchase terms shown at checkout.

No warranty

i don't type is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, i don't type disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, i don't type will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the app.
